Industrialization is Dirty

Via Curzon at ComingAnarchy: The New York Times provides a showcase of the photography by Lu Guang.  Lu’s work captures the environmental ravages of rapid industrialization in China.  The pictures are truly stunning, but not surprising.  Industrialization (past and present) is an inherently dirty process.  That’s not a value statement, just an observation.  Follow the link to see the additional photos.
